It’s the small things that make the biggest difference

I was out of town for a pre-bid meeting and when I returned yesterday, my team had this plaque and poster waiting for me.

Being in business is, by far, the toughest thing I’ve ever done in my life. It’s a very humbling experience, takes a lot of grit, patience and fortitude.

Keep this in mind the next time you decide to hang up on that small business owner, not return their emails or calls and ignore their messages.

We’re really not trying to be annoying, many of us want to earn your business and we’re doing our best to share our products and services with you.

Smaller companies are nimble and cost, quality and service matter to us because we truly do want to earn your business and do an extraordinary job.

It’s not just all about the Benjamin’s for all of us, I have a team I care deeply about and want to keep gainfully employed.
