Montina Young Fraiser Joins Urban League of Greater Atlanta as Business Coach

Atlanta, GA – Montina Young Fraiser, a dynamic business leader and entrepreneur advocate, is proud to announce her new role as a Business Coach with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA). This addition to her already impressive career highlights her commitment to empowering underserved entrepreneurs across the Metro Atlanta area.

Through ULGA’s Metro Atlanta Capital Readiness Program (MACRP), Fraiser will be working with Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDIs) in six counties: Cobb, Clayton, DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Henry. She will focus on assisting minority, women, veteran, and other underserved entrepreneurs to build capacity and scale their businesses by preparing them to access capital through the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) or other relevant programs.

“I am excited to support small business owners and entrepreneurs in Georgia by providing them with the tools and resources they need to grow and thrive,” said Fraiser. “Through this program, we will help local businesses gain access to the funding and opportunities that can drive their success.”

If you are based in Henry County, Fraiser encourages you to reach out, as applications are now open to work with her directly through this program. Additionally, in 2025, she will lead a Construction Cohort Program at the Henry County Chamber of Commerce to further support those in the construction trades.

“With over $2 billion in contract opportunities in our county, it’s crucial that our local small businesses are fully equipped to take advantage of these resources and thrive in today’s market,” Fraiser added.

Fraiser’s mission is simple: there is no secret to success—there is a blueprint, and she is ready to share it.
