Beverly H. Burks is the CEO and Principal of Polaris Consulting Group LLC, where she leads strategic advisory services at the intersection of government, business, and community engagement. With a career that spans public leadership, corporate consulting, and nonprofit executive roles, she brings a comprehensive and results driven approach to helping organizations navigate policy, procurement, and growth opportunities.

Beverly’s professional experience includes serving as a technical manager and business consultant with Fortune 100 companies, where she supported operational strategy, systems alignment, and performance improvement initiatives. She later served as Director of Engagement for a hospital authority responsible for one of the top five safety net hospitals in the United States, leading community engagement, stakeholder partnerships, and initiatives focused on improving health access and outcomes.

In the nonprofit sector, Beverly served as Regional Director of Philanthropy and Public Relations for a national organization specializing in senior housing development, where she led regional engagement strategies, built partnerships across sectors, and advanced initiatives supporting seniors, veterans, and underserved populations.

Her public leadership includes service on the Planning and Zoning Board, as a City Councilmember, and as Mayor of Clarkston, Georgia. Through these roles, she has developed deep expertise in land use, zoning, comprehensive planning, and municipal processes, including RFP development, procurement, and policy implementation.

As CEO of Polaris Consulting Group, Beverly specializes in infrastructure, construction, healthcare, and community engagement strategies, particularly in diverse and multilingual communities. Known for her ability to connect stakeholders, build trust, and translate complex systems into actionable strategies, she helps clients identify opportunities, strengthen relationships with government entities, and position themselves for long term success.
