CIA Media Group (CMG). CMG is a certified minority and woman-owned, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), award-winning, client-first agency. Founded in 2013, CMG helps companies put their marketing dollars to work. Our primary focus is building websites to help our clients stand out, get noticed and get more clients.
We are fully bonded to $500k and insured up to $3M.

In 2018, Montina expanded CMG’s services to include work with counties, corporations and municipalities to help increase local and minority contract participation.
Her client portfolio ranges from $2 million – $26 billion in revenue and includes some of the top corporations and airports in the world. She has also worked with government agencies in support of technical assistance programs, minority certification programs for diverse small businesses and helped clients secure millions in contracts.
Her business background includes over 20+ years of marketing, training, and business development. Her company has provided technical assistance, educational and training workshops for thousands of small businesses. Her company, CMG, is a certified minority-owned, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in multiple states and Montina also passed the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) exam.
In 2018 she was the recipient of the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (GMSDC) Tier 1 Supplier of the Year. In 2019 Montina was nominated by UPS for the Women Business Enterprise of the Year award and in 2021 she was the recipient of the Minority Business Enterprise Advocate of the Year and 2024 nominee. She has received training from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, Cornell Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate, Google Digital Excellence Program & Rutgers University.
Montina is a Technical Advisor with the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, Georgia Tech CREATE-X Coach, Southern Crescent Technical College Adjunct Professor, Board member with the National Small Business Association, Georgia Women Connect, Small Business Majority and was extended an invitation to the White House Entrepreneur and Innovation Summit in 2020.
