Are You Confusing Prospective Clients?

Yesterday I received the following email,“I would like to revisit our discussion about marketing strategies for my firm. Thanks.”

Our last email ‘touch’ was June 30, 2015.

After visiting her website and social media pages I was wondering if they were the same person!

Her pictures were completely different, her logo was a different color, her message was different and I was confused.

When we met by phone I shared my screen and pulled up her website and Facebook page.

Before I could say a word she said, “Two different people designed my website and Facebook page.”

Oh....

After working exclusively with attorneys for the last 3 years I can always tell when they work with people that don’t understand their industry.

When we bring on a client for a shoot we also include a stylist, professional photographer, headshot and social media images so that the message is clear across multiple platforms.

When you market the right message, you can attract the clients you want and focus on the cases you want.

➡ Your prospective clients will Google you. When they do, what will they find? Is your message clear?
