You just want people to work for you

When you have the wrong people in your life, it makes you feel like your ideas aren’t valid. For years, someone kept telling me this and in my heart I knew it wasn’t true.

I knew I wanted to build a team.

I know that inspiring people is part of my purpose and I have the gift of encouragement.

I know what it feels like to be misunderstood.

I know what it feels like to be mistreated in a company.

I know what it feels like when others don’t value your contributions to the team.

I knew I had to create something different. A culture where people felt loved, valued and accepted.

A place where their unique abilities were honored and strengthened.

Well, that’s what I have and we’re still growing!

At the end of Q1, my team and I enjoyed lunch, played games and reviewed our accounts, numbers and successes.

We also shared one personal and professional goal that we could assist each other with in Q2 and it just felt good.

When our clients win, we win.

My ministry is EMPLOYING people and I’m excited for things to come.

Who’s on your team?
