The purpose of the lead magnet is to answer the WHY YOU question -“Why should I do business with you rather than any other option – including doing nothing?” Your lead magnet should make certain that the factors that you different are clearly spelled out.

Your call to action should compel your prospective client to act without hesitation, knowing that the benefit they want can be found with your firm. Don’t rely on hope, referrals or networking to get new clients through your door or to your website. Create a lead-generation system that includes key information to get your new clients to raise their hands and work with YOU.

Once your prospects realize that you operate differently, they will explore options with your firm. If you can solve their problems, they are more likely to initiate the process to retain your firm’s services for their needs.
