Meet the Team: Montina Young Fraiser, Founder

Montina Young Fraiser is a government affairs strategist, entrepreneur, educator, and community leader dedicated to helping businesses build meaningful relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and the communities they serve.

As Founder and Principal of CIA Media Group, she brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, marketing, public affairs, and business development. Her work has supported organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on government contracting, economic development, workforce initiatives, and community engagement.

Montina is passionate about helping organizations navigate the intersection of business and government. She specializes in developing engagement strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and positioning businesses for long-term growth.

In addition to her consulting work, Montina serves as an adjunct business professor, mentors entrepreneurs and startups, and actively volunteers in civic and community leadership roles throughout Georgia. Her commitment to lifelong learning and public service continues to shape her work as she helps organizations create lasting impact.
