Sometimes prospective clients just go silent.
No returns to emails or phone calls.
Nada. Nothing. Zilch.
Most people take that as rejection, but I don’t.
Most people give up, but I don’t.
Why?
Because my clients are HEROES and they don’t need or deserve high-pressure sales.
They deal with enough drama, pressure and sales calls from vultures that make them feel like shit.
Whenever prospective clients are ready to move forward, I ask them to just let me know.
I never want any of my prospective clients to feel pressured to use our services so, we check-in quarterly by phone and automate our follow-up because we really do want them to win.
Clients invest in my company’s services because we help them use videos to attract their best clients, generates more referrals and build THRIVING law firms.
But, I also have an edge on my competition and it’s not hard work.
Hard work is expected.
I get business.
I, fundamentally, understand what it takes to build, scale and run a multiple six-figure company and I transfer that knowledge to my clients.
I, essentially, become a trusted advisor.
So, don’t give up on your prospects.
